ARUA: The Diocese of Madi West Nile is focusing on completing the ground floor of its Golden Jubilee Office Block to relocate departmental heads, enhancing administrative operations.
Launched in 2018, the four-story office complex, estimated at UGX 7 billion, is a key infrastructure project marking the diocese’s golden jubilee.
Diocesan Bishop, Rt. Rev. Charles Collins Andaku, highlighted that finishing the ground floor will provide modern office space for staff, replacing the outdated, 50-year-old facility that has undergone multiple renovations and is now beyond repair.

“We have tasked the new committee with completing the ground floor to enable the relocation of all diocesan staff by next year,” Bishop Andaku said.
“I will oversee the transition from the old premises to the new office.”
The bishop also launched Phase Two of the project, urging Christians and well-wishers to contribute generously. “We appeal for support to advance God’s work through this initiative,” he added.
The Golden Jubilee Office Block is part of a broader development plan to improve service delivery, administration, and pastoral coordination across the diocese.
